The short version
I count visits, but I do not track you. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell or share data for marketing.
Visit counting
I measure how the site is used in two ways. Neither uses cookies, and neither can identify you.
- My own counter. On some pages I count page loads and clicks on the booking button. Each count records only the type of event, the page, and the time. No IP address, device details, or visitor ID is stored, so the counts cannot be linked to a person. They are stored with Netlify.
- GoatCounter. A privacy-focused analytics service that records the page viewed, the referring site, browser and screen size, and the country. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Forms
- Contact form. The name, email address, and message you send are processed by Netlify and delivered to me so I can reply.
- Booking form. The link to book a call opens a form hosted by Typeform. Your answers are stored by Typeform and read by me to prepare for our call. After the form, you pick a time through TidyCal, which stores your name, email address, and the time you choose. The coaching privacy notice explains how I handle them.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify and the domain is registered with Porkbun. Like any web host, Netlify processes your IP address for a short time to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers to them rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of any personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Email me and I will act on your request within thirty days.
If you remain unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, at uoou.gov.cz.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top.
